What's new in DiveShopManager 2.5?

• Once again a new engine for Mac and Windows makes DiveShopManager even faster .
• We have added a birthday calendar to the customer list. Impress your customers! Check whose birthday it is in the morning and send a p reformatted "Happy Birthday" e-mail right away. You will be surprised about the feedback you'll get!
• DSM Online capabilities. Customer data import from web forms is now possible!! Collect all the data to fill in the complete student record file electronically on your website, download the forms and import the collected data to DiveShopManager automatically. Save time and collect correct data without spelling mistakes.*
• We added a payment list and payment range (from date - to date)to the cash box. This allows to call all payments (in + out) for any period of time, print and/or export the data to an xml file to be further used in any third party accounting software your accountant might use.
• We added the possibility to lock the financial statistics with the preferences password. Only administrators can access the statistics and the new payment list if the administration password is activated in the preferences.
• The Address data of your dive resort can now be printed on all invoices upon selection in the preferences. Bank information can also be printed on invoices by simply filling in the bank connection data on the preferences page.
• In addition to the daily rentals we have now added hourly rentals for secondary businesses like kite board or surfboard rentals.
